Common use of Submission of Lease Clause in Contracts

Submission of Lease. The submission of this lease to Tenant is not an offer to lease the Premises, or an agreement by Landlord to reserve the Premises for Tenant. Landlord will not be bound to Tenant until Tenant has duly executed and delivered duplicate original leases to Landlord and Landlord has duly executed and delivered one of those duplicate original leases to Tenant.
