Common use of Submission of Lease Clause in Contracts

Submission of Lease. Submission of this Lease to Tenant does not constitute an offer to lease; this Lease shall become effective only upon execution and delivery thereof by Landlord and Tenant. Upon execution of this Lease by Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx is granted an irrevocable option for sixty (60) days to execute this Lease within said period and thereafter return a fully executed copy to Tenant. The effective date of this Lease shall be the date filled in on Page 1 hereof by Landlord, which shall be the date of execution by the last of the parties to execute the Lease.
