Submission of Lease. Submission of this instrument for Tenant’s examination or execution does not constitute a reservation of space nor an option to lease. This instrument shall not be effective until executed by both Landlord and Tenant. Execution of this Lease by Tenant shall constitute an offer by Tenant to lease the Premises, which offer shall be deemed accepted by Landlord when this Lease is executed by Landlord and delivered to Tenant.
