Common use of Submission of MA Documentation Clause in Contracts

Submission of MA Documentation. Without prejudice to paragraph 1.5, the Purchaser shall be responsible for preparing and submitting, or for procuring that there is prepared and submitted (in any such case at the Purchaser’s cost and expense), all notices, applications, submissions, reports and any other instruments, documents, correspondence or filings necessary to complete Marketing Authorisation Transfer or Marketing Authorisation Re-registration (as applicable) (the “MA Documentation”). The MA Documentation shall be prepared in accordance with Applicable Law as soon as reasonably practicable.
