Common use of Submission of Orders by Broker-Dealers to Auction Agent Clause in Contracts

Submission of Orders by Broker-Dealers to Auction Agent. (a) Each Broker-Dealer shall submit to the Auction Agent in writing, or by such Electronic Means as shall be reasonably acceptable to the Auction Agent, prior to the Submission Deadline on each Auction Date for Notes of a Series, all Orders with respect to Notes of such Series accepted by such Broker-Dealer in accordance with Section 2.01 above and specifying with respect to each Order or aggregation of Orders pursuant to Section 2.02(b) below:

(a) Each Broker-Dealer shall submit to the Auction Agent in writing, writing or by such Electronic Means other method as shall be reasonably acceptable to the Auction Agent, prior to the Submission Deadline on each Auction Date for Notes of a SeriesDate, all Orders with respect to Notes of such Series accepted obtained by such Broker-Dealer in accordance with Section 2.01 above and specifying specifying, with respect to each Order or aggregation of Orders pursuant to Section 2.02(b) belowOrder:
