Common use of Submission of Product Proposal Clause in Contracts

Submission of Product Proposal. Publisher shall submit to SCEA for SCEA's written approval or disapproval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, a written proposal (the "Product Proposal"). Such Product Proposal must contain all information specified in the SourceBook 2, as well as any additional information that SCEA may deem to be useful in evaluating the proposed Licensed Product.
