Submission of Proofs of Debt. (a) Following the Commencement Date, the Deed Administrators shall assess any Proofs of Debt received from Group Creditors in the Administration and the Related Administrations and shall determine pursuant to this Clause 6 (Claims Determination Process) whether and in what amount those claims should be admitted to proof for the purpose of receiving DOCA Creditor Entitlements.
