Common use of Submission of Proposed Amendments to the E-MOU Clause in Contracts

Submission of Proposed Amendments to the E-MOU. Any Party may submit in writing to the Executive Board a request for an amendment to the E-MOU. All requests for proposed amendments shall identify: • The section of the E-MOU that is the subject of the requested amendment; • A description of why the requested amendment is necessary; • The proposed language for the requested amendment; and • An analysis of the expected impact of the requested amendment. The Executive Board shall forward the request to the Data Governing Board for its review and consideration no later than its next meeting.
