In the Deposit Agreement, the Company has (i) appointed Xxxxxxx & AssociatesCT Corporation System, 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000Xxx Xxxx, XxxxxxXxx Xxxx 00000, Xxxxxxxx 00000in the State of New York, as the Company's authorized agent upon which process may be served in any suit or proceeding (including any arbitration proceeding) arising out of or relating to the Shares or Deposited Securities, the American Depositary Shares, the Receipts or this Agreement, (ii) consented and submitted to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court in the State of New York in which any such suit or proceeding may be instituted, and (iii) agreed that service of process upon said authorized agent shall be deemed in every respect effective service of process upon the Company in any such suit or proceeding.

SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION; JURY TRIAL WAIVER; WAIVER OF IMMUNITIES. In the Deposit Agreement, the Company has (ia) appointed Xxxxxxx & AssociatesKookmin Bank, New York Branch, 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000xx Xxxxx, XxxxxxXxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxx 00000, as the Company's ’s authorized agent upon which process may be served in any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Shares or Deposited Securities, the American Depositary Shares, the Receipts or this Agreement, (iib) consented and submitted to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court in the State Borough of Manhattan of the City of New York in which any such suit or proceeding may be instituted, instituted and (iiic) agreed that service of process upon said authorized agent shall be deemed in every respect effective service of process upon the Company in any such suit or proceeding.
