Submission to Jurisdiction; Waiver of Venue; Service of Process; Waiver of Jury Trial. Each of the parties hereto hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that Sections 9.09(b), 9.09(c), 9.09(d) and 9.10 of the Existing Credit Agreement are incorporated herein mutatis mutandis.
