Common use of Submission Clause in Contracts

Submission. For the benefit of each Finance Party, each Obligor agrees that the courts of England have jurisdiction to settle any disputes in connection with any Finance Document and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Submission. For the benefit of each Finance Party, each Obligor the Borrower agrees that the courts of England have jurisdiction to settle any disputes in connection with any Finance Document and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

(b) Without prejudice to paragraph (a) above and for the benefit of each Finance Party, each Obligor agrees that any New York State court or Federal court sitting in New York City or County has jurisdiction to settle any disputes in connection with any Finance Document and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.

(b) Without prejudice to paragraph (a) above and for the benefit of each Finance Party, any Obligor incorporated or organised under the laws of the United States agrees that any New York State court or Federal court sitting in New York City has jurisdiction to settle any disputes in connection with any Finance Document and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.

(a) For the benefit of each Finance Party, each Obligor agrees that the courts of England have jurisdiction to settle any disputes in connection with any Finance Document and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts. (b) Without prejudice to paragraph (a) above, each Obligor agrees that the State Courts or the Federal Courts sitting in the State of New York have jurisdiction to settle any disputes in connection with the Finance Documents, and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

Submission. For the benefit of each Finance Party, each Obligor agrees the Obligors agree that the courts of England have jurisdiction to settle any disputes in connection with any Senior Finance Document and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
