Submissions to Governmental Entities. Revogenex and Coronado each agree to prepare and file within sixty (60) days whatever filings, requests or applications are required or deemed advisable to be filed with any Governmental Authority in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including any FDA Transfer of Ownership Letters and to cooperate with one another as reasonably necessary to accomplish the foregoing.
