SUBMISSIONS TO THE LIMITED PARTNERS. The General Partner shall give the Limited Partners notice of any proposal or other matter required by any provision of this Agreement or by law to be submitted for consideration and approval of the Limited Partners. Such notice shall include any information required by the relevant provision or by law.
