Common use of Submitting Competitive Bids Clause in Contracts

Submitting Competitive Bids. (i) After confirming with the Administrative Agent that the applicable Bid Request complies with the provisions of Section 2.01(e), the Competitive Bid Agent shall notify each Revolving Lender of each Bid Request received by it from the Borrowers and the contents of such Bid Request not later than 2:00 p.m. on the date it receives such Bid Request.
