SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS. 8.1 The International Relations Office of the Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx University in Košice should receive the following documents: a certificate or any other document from the host faculty/institute/department certifying the commencement and completion of the mobility and the Transcript of Records and the ECTS credits acquired. 8.2 The International Relations Office of the Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx University in Košice should receive the documents required under this Article not later than 30 days after the termination of the mobility. In case the International Relations Office of the Pavol Xxxxx Xxxxxxx University in Košice does not receive the documents within 30 days after the completion of the mobility, this will be considered a violation of this Agreement, and the student shall repay the University the financial support which had been allocated in accordance with this Agreement. 8.3 The documents required under paragraph 8.1 of this Article shall form part of the Learning Agreement for the Erasmus+ study (the section to be completed after the mobility).
