Submitting the Reservation Request. After all Reservation Request documents have been uploaded to the SGIP online application database, Applicants must submit their complete application package to the appropriate Program Administrator. Applicants may not submit applications in excess of the Developer cap for the active step. Once an application is assigned an incentive rate, the Program Administrator will review the application package to ensure the project meets all program requirements. Incentive funds may only be reserved after the Program Administrator receives and approves the Reservation Request documents.
