Submitting to Arbitration. Failing satisfactory settlement at Step Two, either party may inform the other of its intention to submit the dispute to arbitration and, at such time, the dispute will be deemed to have been referred to arbitration.
Submitting to Arbitration. If the Grievance Committee determines that the grievance is meritorious and that submitting it to arbitration is in the best interests of the school system, it may submit the grievance to arbitration within fifteen (15) days after receipt of a request by the Aggrieved Person by notifying the District to that effect.
