Subordinate Balance. For any date of determination, an amount equal to the then outstanding aggregate Principal Balance of the Subgroup 1-1 Loans reduced by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Subgroup 1-1 REMIC II Regular Interests and the portion of the Class C-P-L Principal Balance attributable to the Group 1 Loans.
