Subordinate Debt Repayment. Payments relating to principal and interest on or with respect to Subordinate Debt in accordance with the terms of such Subordinate Debt, without preference or priority, and in the event of any insufficiency of such moneys, ratably based on the respective principal amounts (including any accreted value) without any discrimination or preference.
