Common use of Subordinate Document Clause in Contracts

Subordinate Document. This Conveyance is executed and delivered by the Parties pursuant to the Sale Agreement for the purposes of the provisions of the Sale Agreement, and the terms hereof shall be read in conjunction with the terms of the Sale Agreement. The Sale Agreement shall prevail if there is a conflict between the provisions of the Sale Agreement and this Conveyance.

Subordinate Document. This Conveyance is executed and delivered by the Parties hereto pursuant to the Sale Agreement and for the purposes of the Sale Agreement and the provisions of the Sale Agreement, and the terms hereof shall be read in conjunction with the terms of the Sale Agreement. The Sale Agreement shall prevail if there is and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Sale Agreement and this Conveyance.
