Common use of Subordinate Officers Clause in Contracts

Subordinate Officers. The Directors may appoint and may empower the Chief Executive Officer, or any other officer, to appoint such other officers as the business of the Company may require, each of whom shall hold office for such period, have such authority and perform such duties as are provided in this Agreement or as the Directors (or, to the extent the power to prescribe authorities and duties of subordinate officers is delegated to him or her, the Chief Executive Officer, or such other officer) may from time to time determine.

Subordinate Officers.
