Common use of Subordinated Debt Agreements Clause in Contracts

Subordinated Debt Agreements. The Borrower shall not enter into any amendment, modification or supplement of any Subordinated Debt Document unless such amendment, modification or supplement does not require the consent of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement, and the Borrower shall not enter into any agreement or provide any undertaking or Guarantee with respect to the Subordinated Debt other than the Subordinated Debt Documents.

Subordinated Debt Agreements. The No Borrower shall not enter into into, direct or consent to any amendment, modification or supplement of any Subordinated Debt Document Agreement unless such amendment, modification or supplement does not require the consent of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement, and the no Borrower shall not enter into any agreement Subordinated Debt Agreement, or provide any undertaking or Guarantee Guarantee, or incur any obligations, with respect to the Subordinated Debt Loans other than the Subordinated Guarantees, the Subordinated Debt DocumentsEnvironmental Indemnity Agreement and the Subordinated Debt Negative Pledge Agreements.
