Common use of Subordinated Debt and Subordinated Debt Documents Clause in Contracts

Subordinated Debt and Subordinated Debt Documents. By executing and delivering this Supplement, the undersigned hereby also attaches a Supplement to Schedule D to the Subordination Agreement and Supplement to Schedule E to the Subordination Agreement and agrees that (a) the “Subordinated Debt” owing to the undersigned identified and described in such Supplement to Schedule D shall be and become “Subordinated Debt” for all purposes of the Subordination Agreement, and (b) the “Subordinated Debt Documents” to which the undersigned is a party identified and described in such Supplement to Schedule E shall be and become “Subordinated Debt Documents” for all purposes of the Subordination Agreement.
