Common use of Subordinated Lender Entitled to Rely Clause in Contracts

Subordinated Lender Entitled to Rely. For the purpose of ascertaining the outstanding amount of the Senior Debt, the Senior Lenders, and all other information relevant to making any payment or distribution to the Senior Lenders pursuant to [Sections 1-9], the Subordinated Lender is entitled to rely upon an order or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction in which any proceedings of the nature referred to in Section 2 above are pending, a certificate of the liquidating trustee or other person making a payment or distribution to the Subordinated Lender, or information provided by the Senior Lenders or the Administrative Agent.

Subordinated Lender Entitled to Rely. For the purpose of ascertaining the outstanding amount of the Senior Debt, the Senior Lenders, and all other information relevant to making any payment or distribution to the Senior Lenders pursuant to [Sections 1-9], the Subordinated Lender is entitled to rely upon an order or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction in which any proceedings of the nature referred to in Section 2 above are pending, a certificate of the liquidating trustee or other person making a payment or distribution to the Subordinated Lender, or information provided by the Senior Lenders or the Administrative Agent.

For the purpose of ascertaining the outstanding amount of the Senior Debt, the Senior Lenders, the Administrative Agent, and all other information relevant to making any payment or distribution to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Senior Lenders pursuant to [Sections 1-9]hereto, the Subordinated Lender is entitled to rely upon an order or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction in which any proceedings of the nature referred to in Section 2 above are pending, a certificate of the liquidating trustee or other person making a payment or distribution to the Subordinated Lender, or information provided by the Senior Lenders or the Administrative AgentLenders.

For the purpose of ascertaining the outstanding amount of the Senior DebtObligations, the identity of the Senior LendersObligees, and all other information relevant to making any payment or distribution to the Senior Lenders Obligees pursuant to [Sections 1-9]the Subordination Provisions, the Subordinated Lender is entitled to rely upon an order or decree of a court of or competent jurisdiction in which any proceedings of the nature referred to in [Section 2 above 3(a)] are pending, a certificate of the liquidating trustee or other person making a payment or distribution to the Subordinated Lender, or information provided by the Senior Lenders or the Administrative Agent.
