Subordination Not Applicable to Trustee Compensation. Nothing contained in this Article XI will apply to the claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under Section 5.07 of this Indenture. The Trustee hereby accepts the trusts in this Indenture upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
