SUBORDINATION OF AUXILIARY DOCUMENTS. All documents executed by the Parties and delivered pursuant to the provisions of this section 3, or otherwise pursuant to this Agreement, are subordinate to the provisions hereof and the provisions hereof shall govern and prevail in the event of conflict.
