Subordination of Claims. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Participation Agreement, the Facility Lease or any other Operative Document, claims against Xxxxx City for Component A of Termination Value shall be subordinated to the payment of Basic Lease Rent available to service the Lessor Notes on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease Subordination Agreement.
