Landlord does hereby agree to subordinate any statutory lien on Tenant’s Property granted to Landlord to the lien of any lender providing financing to Tenant that is secured by Tenant’s trade fixtures, equipment, inventory or other personal property located at the Leased Premises, all pursuant to a landlord lien subordination agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
