Subordination of Lien. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the liens for assessments created pursuant to this Declaration shall be subject and subordinate to and shall not affect the rights of the holder of a First Mortgage made in good faith and for value. Upon the foreclosure of any First Mortgage on a Parcel, any lien for assessments which became due prior to such foreclosure shall be extinguished; provided, however, that after such foreclosure there shall be a lien on the interest of the purchaser at the foreclosure sale to secure all assessments, whether Regular or Special, charged to such Parcel after the date of such foreclosure sale, which lien shall have the same effect and shall be enforced in the same manner as provided herein.
