Subordination of Mortgages. All Mortgages that at any time during the Term of this Agreement may be placed upon a Site or any portion of a Site and all documents and instruments evidencing and securing any Secured Tower Operator Loan secured by such Mortgages shall be subject and subordinate to the terms and conditions hereof.
