Common use of Subordination of Subordinated Obligations Clause in Contracts

Subordination of Subordinated Obligations. (a) Creditor covenants and agrees that anything in any agreement or instrument creating, evidencing or relating to the Subordinated Obligations to the contrary notwithstanding, the Subordinated Obligations shall be subordinate and junior in right of payment, distribution and lien to the Lender Indebtedness, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing:
