Common use of Subordination of Tenant's Interest Clause in Contracts

Subordination of Tenant's Interest. Tenant agrees that this Lease and Tenant's interest in the Premises is secondary, junior and inferior to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust or other encumbrance, together with any renewals, extensions or replacements thereof, now or hereafter placed, charged or enforced against the Premises, or any portion thereof, or any property of which the Premises is a part (hereinafter, a "Mortgage"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon request by Landlord, Tenant shall execute and deliver at any time, and from time to time, such documents as may be required to effectuate such subordination.
