Subordination to Agreements with the United States. This Lease is subject to and subordinate to the provisions of any agreement currently in force or subsequently made between Lessor and the U.S. government, relative to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which has been required as a condition precedent to the transfer of federal rights or property to Lessor for Airport purposes, or the expenditure of federal funds for the improvement or development of the Airport in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as it has been amended from time to time. Lessor warrants it has no existing agreements with the U.S. government in conflict with the express provisions of this Lease.
