Subordination to Agreements with the United States. This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the provisions of any agreement already made or to be made in the future between County and the United States relative to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which is a condition precedent to the transfer of federal rights or property to County for Airport purposes, or to the expenditure of federal funds for the improvement or development of the Airport in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended.
