Subordinations and Related Provisions. (a) Each of the Seller Creditors hereby covenants and agrees that payment of the Seller Debt is, and will remain in all respects, subject and subordinated to Payment in Full of the Senior Debt and to any modifications, consolidations, extension or renewals thereof and to any increases in the Senior Debt or resulting from advances to protect or preserve any Senior Lien.
