Common use of Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth Clause in Contracts

Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth. Where BellSouth provides resold services for ComSouth, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to ComSouth customers. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for ComSouth customers for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own customers.

Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth. Where BellSouth provides resold services for ComSouthSanTel, or, if applicable under this Agreement, switching, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to ComSouth SanTel customers. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for ComSouth SanTel customers for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own customers.

BellSouth shall maintain such information for ComSouth AllSouth Phone customers for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own customers.

Where BellSouth provides resold services for ComSouthNetwork PTS, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to ComSouth Network PTS customers. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for ComSouth Network PTS customers for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own customers.
