Where BellSouth is providing to Comcast Phone Telecommunications Services for resale or providing to Comcast Phone the local switching function, then Comcast Phone agrees that in those cases where Comcast Phone receives subpoenas or court ordered requests regarding targeted telephone numbers belonging to Comcast Phone End Users, and where Comcast Phone does not have the requested information, Comcast Phone will advise the law enforcement agency initiating the request to redirect the subpoena or court ordered request to BellSouth for handling in accordance with 6.1 above.
