Common use of Subprocessor Clause in Contracts

Subprocessor. If the Other Party, with due regard for the provisions of article 23 of the ARBIT 2016, engages another processor to carry out Processing activities for the Contracting Authority, the other processor must be bound by an agreement imposing the same data protection obligations as those imposed by this Data Processing Agreement.
