Subrecipient’s Representative Sample Clauses

Subrecipient’s Representative. Subrecipient’s Representative shall represent the Subrecipient in all matters pertaining to this Agreement. Subrecipient’s Representative is authorized to act on Subrecipient’s behalf with respect to the services and work to be provided hereunder and make all decisions in connection therewith.‌ It is expressly understood that the experience, knowledge, capability and reputation of the foregoing principal are a substantial inducement for the City to enter into this Agreement. Therefore, the foregoing principal shall be responsible during the Term of this Agreement for directing all activities of Subrecipient and devoting sufficient time to personally supervise the provision of Subrecipient’s Services hereunder. The foregoing principal may not be changed by Subrecipient and no other personnel may be assigned to supervise the Subrecipient’s Services to be provided hereunder without the express written consent of the City.
