Common use of Subregional Committee Clause in Contracts

Subregional Committee. If an agreement cannot be reached at the meeting, then the Sponsor or the Authority shall have the option to take the dispute to the Authority's North County Subregional Committee, as appropriate. In this case reimbursement for the disputed cost item(s) will be delayed until a resolution of the matter is reached.
