Common use of SUBROGATION AND RETURNS Clause in Contracts

SUBROGATION AND RETURNS. If Customer has paid all amounts due in respect of any Unauthorized Recipient (i) Customer becomes subrogated to all rights of the Authorizing SROs to recover amounts from the Unauthorized Recipient and (ii) NYSE or AMEX, as appropriate, will return to Customer any amounts subsequently received from the Unauthorized Recipient, less any associated collection and administrative expenses.
