Subrogation; Further Assurances. (a) The interests, rights and remedies of AGIC described in Article II above are in addition to, and not in lieu of, AGIC's equitable rights of subrogation, and AGIC reserves all of such rights. Each of the Issuer and the Servicer agrees to take, or cause to be taken, all actions deemed desirable by AGIC to preserve, enforce, perfect or maintain the perfection in AGIC's favor of such interests, rights and remedies and such equitable rights of subrogation.
