Subrogation of Rights Vis-A-Vis Third Party Contractors. In the event any liability arises from the performance of Management Services hereunder by a third party contractor, upon indemnification of GAMCO and/or its representatives, including but not limited to GAMCO’s officers, directors, employees, accountants, counsel, investment bankers, financial advisors and consultants, TETON shall be subrogated to such rights, if any, as GAMCO may have against such third party contractor with respect to the Management Services provided by such third party contractor.
