Subrogation of Warranties and Indemnities. To the extent transferable (including transferable with consent), Seller will assign and grant to Buyer, its successors and assigns (and Seller will execute any documentation reasonably necessary to effect such assignment and grant), the full power and right of substitution and subrogation in and to and all covenants and warranties (including, without limitation, warranties of title) and in and to all rights to indemnification (including, without limitation, environmental, injury to property or persons (including, without limitation, death and disability)) given or made with respect to the Assets or any part thereof by preceding owners, vendors, contractors or others
