Subscribed Channels. From the Effective Date, the Subscribed Channels shall mean and include the A-xx-Xxxxx Channels of STAR and/or Bouquets of STAR which are subscribed by the DPO by specifically assigning tick marks against such A-la Carte Channel /Bouquets of STAR listed in Schedule I to this Amendment Agreement subject to approval and receipt of requisite IRD (as defined in the SLA) from STAR at the sole discretion of STAR.
