Subscribed Products. Elsevier hereby grants to the Subscriber the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the products and services identified in Schedule 1 (“Subscribed Products”) and provide the Subscribed Products to its Authorized Users (as defined herein) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
