Common use of Subscriber Forms Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Forms. TURSS may offer the ability to electronically maintain and make available to Subscriber, at Subscriber’s request and direction, Subscriber’s forms including, but not limited to, lease forms, lease addenda, and consumer correspondence. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that it is Subscriber’s obligation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the forms and to ensure its compliance with all applicable laws related to the use of such forms. TURSS makes no representations or warranties as to the content or use of such forms.
