Subscriber List Information. 49.1.1 Under a separate license agreement, BA shall provide to AT&T access to all published BA Subscriber List Information to the same extent, and on the same terms and conditions (including prices), that BA provides BA Subscriber List Information to third parties who are similarly situated to AT&T. Such license agreement shall specify the terms and conditions under which, and the media on which, the Subscriber List Information is available.
