Common use of Subscriber Registration Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Registration. Subscriber agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete data to VTONE upon signing up for the Services and at subsequent times as requested by VTONE. If Subscriber provides data that is, or that VTONE suspects to be, false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, VTONE has the right to suspend or terminate Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Services, or any portion thereof. Subscriber registration data will not be provided to third parties, unless required by law, or in the event Subscriber grants VTONE the right to provide that information. Customer approves and agrees to the Privacy Policy available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Subscriber shall maintain and promptly update the registration data as applicable. Subscriber shall not give account information to third parties and shall at all times be responsible and liable for any transactions or activities that occur on Subscriber's account. Subscriber shall immediately notify VTONE if any unauthorized use of Subscriber's account has occurred or of any other breach of security. Subscriber agrees that the VTONE’s Services are for personal use and agrees to enter forwarding telephone numbers that are controlled by or under the common control of that Subscriber. If VTONE finds forwarding telephone information that VTONE suspects to be, false, inaccurate, not current or otherwise not under the control of Subscriber, VTONE has the right to suspend or terminate Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Services, or any portion thereof. VTONE respects the privacy of its subscribers. Please refer to the VTONE Privacy Policy, available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, for more details. This policy, which may be updated from time to time by VTONE in its discretion, is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference. Customer agrees and acknowledges that Customer shall be liable for all charges, of any kind or nature, associated with any call dialed from the Customer premises or through the use of Customer’s VTONE account access and/or Calling Card codes, regardless of whether such use (1) is authorized by Customer management; (2) is initiated by Customer employees or third parties; or (3) constitutes or involves fraudulent activity of any nature. Customer agrees that VTONE assumes no liability of any kind with respect to providing Customer access to any other telephone number through the Service, whether local, long distance, or International. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless VTONE against any and all claims made by any third party for charges or other liability for calls made from Customer premises or locations where Customer uses VTONE. Customer acknowledges that failure to make proper payment to third party vendors of International and Long Distance Calling services could result in suspension or interruption of long distance and/or local services, including those provided by VTONE. VTONE assumes no liability of any kind with respect to such potential service suspensions or interruptions.

Subscriber Registration. Subscriber will provide all data requested by Provider both (a) upon signing up for the Services and (b) at subsequent times as requested by Provider. Subscriber represents and warrants that any and all information so provided will be true, accurate, current and complete. Provider sends all new Subscribers a welcoming email to verify their email address. Subscribers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special offers, and a newsletter. Any emails containing information on special offers will contain unsubscribe information, and Subscriber may opt-out of all future special offer emails at any time. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing which could be construed to the contrary, Subscriber’s opting out of special offer emails will not be deemed to prevent Provider’s delivery of emails related to the operation of this website, the provision of the Services, or changes to these Terms and Conditions. Subscriber acknowledges that Provider may distribute registration data to third parties, but that Subscriber's name, address (home and email) and telephone number will not be so distributed. Notwithstanding any limitation contained in the foregoing, Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Provider may make available to third parties any and all registration information (1) for the purposes of marketing Provider Services, (2) as may be required by law, (3) for the purpose of operational security or storage, or (4) in the event Subscriber grants Provider the right to provide that information. Subscriber represents and warrants that Subscriber is at least 18 years in age and that the Subscriber has the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Subscriber agrees to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete data registration information, and to VTONE upon signing up for the Services and at subsequent times revise such information as requested by VTONE. If Subscriber provides data that is, or that VTONE suspects necessary to be, false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, VTONE has the right to suspend or terminate Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Services, or any portion thereofcomply with such requirement. Subscriber registration data will not be provided to third partiesis solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Subscriber's UserName, unless required by lawPassword, or in the event Subscriber grants VTONE the right to provide that information. Customer approves Mailbox Numbers and agrees to the Privacy Policy available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Subscriber shall maintain and promptly update the registration data as applicablePersonal Identification Number (PIN). Subscriber shall not give account information to third parties and shall at all times be responsible and liable for any transactions or activities that occur on originate from Subscriber's account. Subscriber shall immediately notify VTONE Provider if any unauthorized use of Subscriber's account has occurred or of any other breach of security. By acceptance of this Agreement, Subscriber and acknowledges and agrees that its information shall be treated in accordance with Providers Privacy Policy (located at PatientlySpeaking Privacy Policy) as the VTONE’s Services are for personal use same may be amended by Provider from time to time. Subscriber understands and agrees to enter forwarding telephone numbers that are controlled Subscriber and, if applicable, Subscriber's company will assume all financial responsibilities for use of the Services originating from Subscriber's account by Subscriber or under the common control of that Subscriberothers. If VTONE finds forwarding telephone information that VTONE suspects to be, false, inaccurate, not current or otherwise not under the control of Subscriber, VTONE has the right to suspend or terminate Services and refuse Subscriber is solely responsible for any and all current or future use of all Services, or any portion thereof. Customer agrees that VTONE assumes no liability of any kind occurs with respect to providing Customer access Subscribers account including but not limited to any other telephone number through the Serviceinitiating inbound and or outbound prerecorded audio/voice/text messages, whether localcontact list data, long distance, or International. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless VTONE against any and all claims made by any third party for charges or other liability for calls made from Customer premises or locations where Customer uses VTONE. Customer acknowledges that failure to make proper payment to third party vendors of International and Long Distance Calling services could result in suspension or interruption of long distance and/or local services, including those provided by VTONE. VTONE assumes no liability of any kind with respect to such potential service suspensions or interruptionsmessage content.
