Common use of Subscriber resignation Clause in Contracts

Subscriber resignation. If the Subscriber resigns as a Subscriber, the Subscriber must, prior to its resignation, either: (a) do everything reasonably necessary to complete any Outstanding Conveyancing Transactions; or (b) withdraw from any Outstanding Conveyancing Transactions, and do anything else in connection with the ELN which they could reasonably be expected to do in order to minimise inconvenience to any other person.
